Cancellation Policy

  1. We understand that things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your dental appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
  2. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $50 per 30min. We value your time as well as the time of our team. By giving us as much notice as possible, you allow us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of dental care.
  3. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
  4. Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We understand that emergencies arise unexpectedly, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
  5. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible care for great outcomes. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment to avoid inconveniencing other patients or rushing your treatment.
